DO NOT USE IGXE.COM TO BUY ISK!!
I unfortunately made the mistake of trusting them and got burned. They use hacked accounts to gain their ISK and hacked accounts to deliver it. 12 hours after receiving my ISK I was given a balance of -200 million and a stern warning. This basically ruined my character.
I have contacted IGXE multiple times and have gotten the run around.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
