After making a purchase, credit card paid, they strung me out with more and more "requirements" under the pretense to prevent fraud.
After they'd received my funds they:
1) required photo ID via email/fax (which I sent)
2) then they emailed me and required a picture of me holding the same photo ID I sent.
3) then I spoke to their CSR and he phoned me where we spoke about things specific to my identity and location, but in the meantime I received 3 emails from them stating that they attempted to call me but I did not answer. (I was on the phone with them at that time)
4) then I get notification that my items are not available for delivery and that it will take an additional 1-24 hours before I may get my items. I found the problem and it's not with securing my identity or credit card.
5) what do you want to bet that I will NEVER spend my money there again?
